Non-Food Stalls

Please look at decorating your site to attract visitors – we are promoting a full Christmas feel and your help would be greatly appreciated to achieve this.

No power is available for non-food stalls, and no generators are permitted for stalls. These are too noisy and annoy other stallholders.

STANDARD RATE - Non-Food Stall Site Fees -

$50 per single site - Feilding & District community groups (Community sites are for groups that are fundraising for their organization with income from the day going back into the organization or community)

$80 per single site – Commercial Groups

$100 per double site - Feilding & District community groups (Community sites are for groups that are fundraising for their organization with income from the day going back into the organization or community)

$160 per double site – Commercial Groups

Standard Rate Registration from 1 September – 31 October.

Food Stalls - applications currently on hold.

If you wish to be added to the waitlist, please email eventsupport@feildingpromotion.co.nz.

Majority of food stalls will be on the large open quadrant in Manchester Square – the same space that the Farmers Market use every Friday. Please remember limited power connections are available.

Preference for food stalls will be given to our local community wanting to fundraise. Subject to the space being available, applications will be considered from commercial food stalls with preference based on variety and quality. Providing seating is something we would encourage.

All food stalls must comply with Health Regulations-Commercial operators must attach food certificates, (see Manawatu District Council for details).

Vans, tents and caravan/trailers are permitted to sell your food, but surplus vehicles cannot park on site.

Shelter, tables and chairs are your own responsibility. We encourage you to bring small tables and chairs for your customers to sit on.
