New Dimension Architecture

New Dimension Architecture is a boutique architectural studio established in 2020 and based in the Manawatū. We are a small, personable team with a strong focus on delivering thoughtful, well-resolved design solutions tailored to our clients and our local environment. We predominantly specialise in residential architecture, including new homes, multi-unit developments, and alterations, with occasional commercial projects woven into our portfolio. Much of our work is located within the Manawatū and surrounding districts, allowing us to stay closely connected to our community and regularly involved on site. We also undertake projects nationwide as required. At New Dimension Architecture, we take a holistic approach to design. From early concept sketches through to building consent documentation, council liaison, and site inspections, we guide our clients through the entire process. We believe good architecture balances creativity with practicality — delivering homes and spaces that not only look great but function well and stand the test of time. As a growing practice, we are passionate about supporting and mentoring emerging designers while continuing to refine our own skills and systems.
