2025 Feilding Impact Awards Entry Process

STAGE 1: Nomination Process

Nominations open: Monday 26th May 2025 (Biz@5 Launch event, Tuesday 27th May)

Nominations close: Sunday 15th June

 

Nomination Rules:

• Must be a business or organisaiton whose head office or premises of business are within the Manawatū District Councils rating area.
• Any business or organisation can be nominated large or small, profit or not-for-profit.
• Anyone can nominate a business or organisation including the business itself.  
• Businesses or individuals can only enter a maximum of  two awards.

 

STAGE 2: Application Process

All nominated business will be contacted by FDP via email: 16th June

Each Nominated business to complete application form: 16th June – 13th July

Note: The ‘Celebrating People’ section will not be required to complete this section.

Application Workshop Breakfast, 23rd June, 7.30am – 8.30am.  Help complete the application process run by Judges

 

STAGE 3: Judging Process

FDP collate entries for judges  14th - 17th July

Judging process: 17th – 10th August 

• Judges screen entries
• Businesses or organisations may be required to answer further questions.  It is the judges discretion if further information is required via email, phone call, video or personal interview.
• Judges identify the winner and runner-up across all awards.

 

STAGE 4: Feedback / Follow Up

An electronic survey will be sent to all entrants for feed back.

All applicants will receive at least one or two sentences of feedback to support their growth and development after the gala event.
