The Flower Hut was born out of a passion to create with beautiful blooms and bring joy to the community.

Jo has a reputation as Feilding’s friendly florist who transforms flowers into gorgeous artistic designs that help to make people feel happy by giving enjoyment and satisfaction.
The Flower Hut is the quirky trailer that adds an interest to the town while bringing a bright splash of colour to busy Aorangi Road. In fact, the eye-catching displays are a welcoming sight for the queues of commuters arriving back in Feilding after a day’s toil in the city.
A signature touch of The Flower Hut is reusing vintage pieces and beautiful old English china as vessels rather than buying plastics. Brown paper have proven to be a popular natural wrap too for the florist who refuses to use plastic containers.
“We support our local growers and are very privileged to have the freshest blooms available to us.” Jo uses locally grown flowers such as Aorangi Bulbs, and Halcombe Roses, while buying in blooms from Manawatū and Wellington Markets as well.
