We are running support groups for 16-25 year-olds to allow a chance to talk about asthma with people who can relate. Meetings are held in a relaxed, fun environment at a local cafe. Ask your nurse or GP for a referral or see our facebook page (Palmy-Asthma-Support-Group) for further details.
