From the heart - family education & well-being mentor

Bev, who facilitates this group, is a trained, qualified and experienced special needs primary school and family partnership teacher. She has worked with children and adults in the education field from conception through to adulthood - hence the name From the Heart - Family Education and well-being mentor. Bev takes a quiet, deeply respectful, holistic, developmentally driven approach to educating parents and the littlies in their care. Bev believes that busy parents, especially those who are either totally or partially at home with their little people, need nurturing , an impartial shoulder to lean on in order to discuss issues, knowing their little charges are in a safe learning environment to which they are do not have to commit any of their precious time and energy. A peaceful place to be, chat and chill. Currently this place is the Hunter Room at The Coach House Museum which offers indoor and outdoor play, toilets and is close to nature and play equipment at Kowhai Park. This parent support play group operates on Mondays during school term time between 10am - noon. Pop in whenever you or your little persons energy allows. This group is perfect for families with new bubs and toddlers .
