Nominations for the Feilding & District Promotion Executive Board must be emailed to Wendy Carr by 5:00pm, Wednesday, 26 January 2021 manager@feildingpromotion.co.nz .

At the Annual General Meeting for Feilding & District Promotion Incorporated, to be held on 9 February 2022 at 5.30pm at Feilding Information Centre, Railway Station, 61 Aorangi Street, Feilding. A motion will be proposed to replace the current Rules for the Society.

The current rules are attached to this notice, with the proposed changes showing as Tracked Changes in red.

The reasons for the proposal are:

1.  Clarity around appointment and term of Executive Committee members;
2. An amendment to when the Society must hold it’s AGM;
3. Clarity around quorum and votes required for decision making; and
4. Other administrative amendments.

The recommendation of the current Feilding & District Promotion Executive Committee is for the proposed amended rules to be adopted as the replacement rules.
