  Because everyone’s wellness journey is different, Firmly Fit’s Fran Hanson helps to tailor the individual needs into their Pilates experience for a better mind-body connection and pain free lifestyle - giving a whole-body approach to healing and exercise.

  Firmly Fit offers Reformer and Mat Pilates as well as Tabata.

  “Pilates is great for your joints, bones and muscles. It’s also amazing for injury rehabilitation and posture.

  All classes are held in a relaxed and friendly environment. These are open level so anyone can join in, we modify the movements to make them easier or harder depending upon people's strengths and abilities.”

 Firmly Fit has been nominated in the Community Contributor category- an acknowledgement to Frans hard work to promote small local businesses, and also for organising her not-for-profit annual Feilding Community Expo that showcases small local businesses.  

  Firmly Fit supports its’ clients in and outside of the studio. “I don’t believe a Pilates journey is only during class – people know they can contact me anytime for help. I get such a buzz when people can move pain free, not have to use their wheelchairs as often, have knees and hips working correctly after replacements, and the list goes on.”
