‘Feilding’s 15 Days of Christmas Giveaway’ 

Terms & Conditions

By participating in ‘Feilding’s 15 Days of Christmas Giveaway’ advertised by the Organiser Feilding & District Promotion (FDP) you confirm that you accept and agree to these competition Terms & Conditions:

1. Entry is open only to New Zealand residents only who are permanently residing in New Zealand at the time of the competition. Employees and Executive Committee of FDP (and their immediate families) are ineligible to enter.
2. Use of a false name or address or tampering or non-readable entry forms/receipts /vouchers and contact details will result in disqualification and organisers have the right to redraw a valid entry.
3. Competition details form part of these terms and conditions.
4. The entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over.
5. Winners will need to provide proof of identification and age to claim prizes.
6. Winners contact details (name and phone number) must be included on a valid entry form, or receipt issued stamped or printed with the name of the participating Feilding business.
7. Winners must be able to be contacted within 7 days to collect their prize.
8. Should the above criteria not be met - the organisers reserve the right to disqualify the entry and redraw a valid entry form/receipt until a valid entry is drawn.

COMPETITION DETAILS

Prize Details

1. Thirty x $100 vouchers - each is redeemable at one Feilding business only – as selected by the winner.
2. All  voucher prizes are not redeemable for cash.
3. Any unused portion of the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
4. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
5. Each $100.00 voucher is inclusive of GST.
6. No correspondence will be entered into. The organisers in their absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
7. Organisers make no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered; and accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit.
8. FDP reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who FDP decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the Terms & Conditions/Rules, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.

General

1. The entrant releases from and indemnifies the Organiser against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of the entrant's participation in the Promotion, or breach of these terms and conditions, including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

Publicity/Marketing

1. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the organisers may use his/her name, image and/or photograph/s for publicity and promotion purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Organisers will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the images and/or photograph/s.

Things you should know

The winner’s ‘Feilding’s 15 Days of Christmas Voucher’ is only redeemable at the Feilding Business named on the voucher only. The participating business may change without notice so please notify the business of your win and intentions to redeem as soon as possible.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

The expiry date is 1 April 2025 which is stamped on the voucher.

The voucher is valid for the amount stated only.

The voucher can only be used in whole – for one purchase. No change will be given. However, if a participating business chooses, for the winners benefit, to make more flexible arrangements for redeeming a ‘Feilding’s 15 Days of Christmas Voucher’, this is solely at the discretion of the business owner – and their decision is final.

Please ensure that your vouchers are kept in a safe place – FDP accept no responsibility for the vouchers once it is issued and leaves our premises at 61 Aorangi Street Feilding. FDP are unable to replace lost or stolen vouchers.

1.            By participating in any competition or giveaway advertised by Feilding & District Promotion (FDP) on its Facebook or Instagram page you confirm that you accept and agree to the competition Terms & Conditions which can be found at www.feilding.co.nz.

2.            The Promoter of the Competition is FDP. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, and/or other Social Media channels. You completely release Facebook and/or other Social Media channels from any and all liability associated with this competition.

3.            Entry is open only to New Zealand residents who are permanently residing in New Zealand at the time of the competition. Employees of FDP (and their immediate families) are ineligible.

4.            FDP’s ‘Feilding’s 15 Days of Christmas’ Competition Campaign will run for 15 days starting from 10am Sunday 24 November 2024 to 4pm Sunday 8 December 2024. 

5.            Announcement of the thirty winner will be posted on FDP website feilding.co.nz and FDP Facebook page @Feilding&DistrictPromotion by 5pm Monday 9 December 2024, and FDP will call all the winners on the phone number provided on the entry to notify of the win.

6.            FDP will endeavor to notify each of the prize winners via Phone , Facebook and/or other Social Media channel. However, if the winner cannot be reached within seven days of the prize being drawn, FDP may redraw a new prize winner without liability to any person. FDP reserves the right to contact the selected winners by other means.

7.            The decisions of FDP on all matters relating to this competition are final. FDP reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner's right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.

8.            To claim a prize - the winner must visit the FDP office in person with identification, at the Feilding & District Information Centre 61 Aorangi Street, Feilding.

9.            To redeem a voucher, the winner must choose a Business located within the Feilding township only.

10.          FDP reserves the right to amend the prizes offered and these terms and conditions and in its absolute discretion to cancel the competition at any time and without prior notice.

11.          To the extent permitted by law, FDP excludes any liability it may have to entrants arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Competition.

12.          Any personal information collected as part of this Competition will be held by FDP in accordance with its obligations under the Privacy Act.
