Santa Claus is coming to town.

Feilding’s picturesque CBD with its' heritage streetscape will be closed to all traffic from 10am to 3pm on Sunday 14 December and transformed for the Christmas Carnival where the streets will feature a massive line-up of non-food and food stalls, amusements, activities and live entertainment for everyone.

Manawatū artists, school groups and bands will keep the entertainment rolling until 1.30pm when the community parade will start and spin its’ Christmas magic, weaving joy and excitement amongst the crowds.

Feilding’s festive tradition includes local clubs, groups, schools, churches and business coming together to create something very special, by the community for the community, to enchant in Feilding’s Manchester Lions’ Christmas Parade.

The amazing Heidi and Sean Show are back by popular demand. The dynamic duo have trained and performed all over the world and will bring their impressive circus stunts and hilarious antics to the carnival with three show. 

 

 As always friendly Feilding’s good old fashion hospitality and service in its’ boutique stores and eateries will welcome everyone in on carnival day – a great opportunity to get those stocking stuffers for Christmas while the kids enjoy all the entertainment.

Feilding’s Christmas Parade has been held on the second Sunday of December for decades and the team at Feilding & District Promotion are thrilled to invite friends and families again in 2025 on Sunday 14 December from 10am – 3pm, with the Christmas Parade starting at 1.30pm.
