2025 MANAWATŪ'S GREAT EASTER HUNT AND FUN DAY

This is a FREE community event for everyone and a chance to explore your own backyard.    Hop out and about our spectacular district to explore and win!! It will involve an “Easter Hunt” with a mix of businesses, parks and locations around the Manawatū District.        

 

The Hunt

The ‘hunt’ will run for two weeks (12^th April – 11am Saturday 26th April).  The entry forms will be printed in the 10th April issue of the Feilding-Rangitikei Herald, available on the FDP website and sent to all local school and pre-schools.  A FREE school holiday activity.   No need to spend any money to solve the questions on the entry form.

 

Facebook Photo Comp

During the two weeks of the Easter Hunt we will be running some photo competitions with cool spot prizes up for grabs. Make sure you are following our Facebook page to see when they are posted. 

  

Easter Hunt Fun Day

The Hunt will finish with a ‘Easter Hunt Funday’ event at Manfeild Stadium on Saturday 26th April, 10am – 1pm.  This fun event is for the whole family - There will be FREE giveaways and activities for everyone to participate in. BBQ by Rapid Response Team - with All proceeds donated toCactus Programme.

 

The winners of Manawatū’s Great Easter Hunt will be announced via a draw at this event.

The EASTER HUNT FUN DAY is for everyone, not just those who have participated in the HUNT. However you need to have completed the Hunt by 11am on the day of the Easter Hunt Fun day and/or entered the Facebook competitions to be eligible for the prize draws.

You can find the Entry Form in the local newspaper in the 10th April edition. Look for the centre page spread which includes all the Clues and a Map of the Manawatū District or you can pick up a copy at Feilding & District Promotion Office - 22 Manchester Square, or  DOWNLOAD PDF FILE HERE. 

Answer at least 12 of the clues to enter. Include your name, phone number and email address and drop into the Feilding & District Promotion office, OR Email to  business@feildingpromotion.co.nz  before 12 noon Thursday 24 April 2025 - or you can bring your entry to the Easter Hunt Fun Day at Manfeild Stadium on Saturday 26 April and place your entry into box before 11am.
